This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:
1. The Agricultural Produce Market Committee does not accept cancellation requests because we are not distributing any type of products, we give license certificates to the traders who broker with us. And in return, we take 100 rupees as a fee from them.
2. If the license fee has been paid and the license of a trader or commission agent is approved by the Market Committee, then the license fee will not be refunded.
3. If the license of a trader or commission agent is not approved by the Market Committee, then the fee paid by them will be refunded within 5 to 7 days.
4. In case of any refunds approved by THE AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE MARKET COMMITTE, it will take 5 to 7 days for the refund to be processed to you.
